Directions to Ballinacurra House
From Dublin and Cork The road from Dublin M50 to Cork is dual carriageway all the way. The journey to Kinsale should take no more than 2.5 hours in normal traffic with no stops. There is a Toll Plaza on the M 8 bypassing Fermoy (€1.90) – follow signposts to Cork. At the Dunkettle Interchange Roundabout on the outskirts of Cork, take the 2nd exit following the signs for “South Ring” N25 – going under the Jack Lynch Tunnel. Follow Dual Carriageway for approx 5 km then branch left and at the Kinsale Road Roundabout take the 1st exit signposted Airport & Kinsale – N27 At Airport Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the R600 (signposted Kinsale) the journey to Kinsale is approximately 25 minutes from here.
From Kinsale When you enter Kinsale, drive straight up the main street Pearse Street. The Blue Haven Hotel will be on your right and the White House Bar will be directly in front of you. Turn left at this junction, follow the winding road and continue past the Tap Tavern (on your left) and Fishy Fishy Shop (on your right). Veer right at next corner and follow the signs for Bandon and Innishannon. At the top of a long hill, you will see Woodlands B&B on your left and Kinsale GAA pitch on your right. Approximately 300 metres on left following the signs for Olcote Gallery and Kinsale Pottery. Approx.1.5km down this road you will see Kinsale Pottery School on your left and Ballinacurra House is 150 meters further on the left hand side. The entrance to the house has a large yellow electric gate. Press the call button to gain access to the property.
