Colm and I had the most wonderful day - everything was perfect. All that is left for me to do is express my sincere thanks to you both and your full team. The sun came out for us and the afternoon in front of the house with the jazz band was really something special. All of my guests were just blown away - like me, they had never previously heard of Ballinacurra. It was seen in all its glory in the sunshine. The meal was also outstanding - Colm and I ordered one of each choice and swapped half way - each one was delicious as was the starter. We never saw the kids thanks to the swings! I never saw a morsel of wedding cake which is a great sign - the red room was a haven of fruit cake - eating oldies! Declan was amazing. My very ill aunt arrived in a wheelchair in time for the meal which caused all kinds of problems getting her in the side door etc. Declan handled it superbly and we are most appreciative. Your absolute professionalism and attention to detail makes what is a very beautiful venue something even extra special. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful weekend, from the family meal on Friday to checkout out on Sunday, the level of quality and service was excellent. We have already had comments from guests who were 'blown away' by the location, the food and the super service of your staff. Thank you for everything you did to make our wedding so special.

I finally have a moment to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best weekend ever! From the moment we stepped into Ballinacurra House we knew we had found something very special. Ballinacurra is so beautiful from the rolling lawns, to the estuary, to the bedrooms, to the Garden Room and everything in-between! But not only that, there is such a wonderful atmosphere that as soon as you drive through the gates you feel at home. This is a very rare thing to find in a large manor house but meant so much to us over our wedding weekend. We really did feel like we had our own private estate for the weekend, which made our wedding so much more intimate and gave the proceedings a real house party vibe which was exactly what we wanted.
We cannot express how impressed we and all of our guests were by your staff. We were all looked after so well, and whenever we needed anything at all it was like our request was pre-empted, and somebody was there immediately to help without ever feeling like we were being fussed over. It was also a pleasure to deal with Declan who was always smiling and did a great job along with your chef - the food was delicious and we were really happy with our choices on the day.
A special thank you to you Des for guiding us through all of the planning of our wedding, from finding the perfect wedding band for us, to putting us in touch with great local suppliers - you saved us hours of trawling on the internet, as well as saving us money, and nothing beats a personal recommendation. The DJ did an amazing job and was possibly one of the best I've ever heard at a wedding. You were always so generous with your time and although we know you have guests and events week in week out, we always got so much personal attention we felt like your number one client.
Ballinacurra is an amazing place and we were lucky to have had our wedding reception there. When a place like Ballinacurra exists in Ireland I don't know why anyone would want to get married in a hotel or public venue where strangers can join the biggest celebration of your life. It was simply the best two days of our life.

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you so much for enabling us to have a brilliant wedding, which many people have told us that is the best they have ever been to! A huge compliment indeed. In fact one guests said "If Carlsberg did Weddings, they would do them at Ballinacurra!"
Your organisational skills made it all so easy to arrange from the UK and recommendations for bands and other entertainers cannot be faulted. All finished off by the amazing execution by Declan and the staff. All in all, it exceeded our expectations on every level. A special thanks for looking after all the arrangements for the many children we had at our wedding - they couldn't have been happier - and neither could the parents!

We would like to thank you so much for helping make our wedding day so special and fantastic. My younger cousins have exclaimed that they want a wedding just like ours and that it was the best weekend in their entire lives. A special thanks to Des and Lisa who provided us with recommendations, which we generally accepted, from the very start of our preparations - you were definitely correct! From the moment our car rounded the corner at the bottom of the avenue and we were greeted by the sight of the house with all our family and friends enjoying the cocktail drinks ou the front, we knew we had made the right decision. The atmosphere was just as we had imagined - light and airy and yet somewhat chic!
We had been a little worried as our guest list required that we split outselves over two rooms. However, just as Des had told us, the people in the Ballroom nearly had a better time than the larger group in the Garden Room! The food was fabulous and the staff were top-class. From a personal point of view, I found all the staff, especially Declan, very helpful at telling us what we were supposed to do next - after all, I had never been married before!
The next day we were delighted to have the opportunity to laze around and enjoy the grounds. It must be said that the next night was nearly as good if not better than the first and we had the perfect end to the perfect wedding singing songs around the firepit on the patio! Thanks again for everything.
