Being far away was not an issue - we only needed one visit before the wedding! When we decided that we wanted to get married in Kinsale, we thought it was going to be hard work, lots of visits and attention to detail would suffer as we live in London. PRICING - 2010

We reduced our rates in 2009 and we are maintaining these rates for 2010.

2010 Private Group Rental Rates
 
€150 per person per night twin/double share
€230 per person per night single occupancy
€70 per person per night supplement if sharing a twin/double room.
€40 per child per night (under 12 years old) if sharing with adults
Babies in cots free of charge
 
Whole Property Rental including 44 people B&B in 22 bedrooms = € 6,600 per night
Additional people up to 52 adults and 4 children - supplements apply

2010 Private Wedding Rental Rates
For Weddings - you get full exclusive use of the house and grounds, all reception rooms setup to your requirements, onsite wedding planner, B&B accommodation for up to 44 people for Euro 6,600 per day.  Minimum 2 day requirement if a weekend.  Contact us for 1 day options and seasonal prices.

2010 Private Group Weekly Rates
We offer a further discount for bookings which are more than 2 nights long - please send us your group's details and dates and we will provide you with a quotation.  But as a guide, weekly bookings for groups using the Main House only is Euro 25,000 per week which includes full and exclusive use of the estate, B&B for up to 28 people in the Main House for 7 nights, fully staffed, private butler and chef, onsite event manager to plan your activities, etc.   Additional rooms available at additional rates.  Food & beverage charged on consumption.

CONDITIONS
  • The number of people staying in the house must reflect the size of your group. That is, we require all 22 bedrooms to be taken if your group is more than 44 people.
  • If your group is less than 44 people, then you only need take the number of rooms needed to accommodate your group - but this is subject to minimum rental conditions.  Please contact us with details of your group, dates etc and we will advise you.
  • The above prices include the full rental of the property.  We never rent out unused rooms to any other group or person.  You always have full and exclusive use of the house and grounds no matter what the size of your group.
  • 2 night minimum rental for weekends (Friday and Saturday).
  • We will accept 1 night rentals if Sunday to Thursday.
  • These prices include a number of different elements.  Please check the Rates And Services 'What's Included' for a full list of inclusions.

 

In 2008, our Twin share/double rate was € 175 per person per night and single occupancy was € 300 per person per night.

Please contact us for an indication of prices for 2011.

There are no additional room rental charges for holding functions in the reception rooms as the accommodation prices above include the full rental of the house, grounds and estate.

We do not rent out the Stone Cottage or Coachhouse separately from the Main House, and they are for overflow for when your group has already filled the main house. 

If your group requires additional accommodation, we can organise this for you in Kinsale at either a hotel, guesthouse or B&B, depending on your budget.

All prices include full and exclusive use of the entire house and property (i.e. you are not sharing with another group), a full cooked-to-order breakfast, butler, housekeeping, all taxes and VAT.  Gratuities are discretionary.  A 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverages, and activities or suppliers organised on your behalf.
