PRICES - 2013

All prices below are meant as a guide only.  Contact us for a quotation as seasonal or mid-week rates may apply.  One day weekend weddings possible during the Low Season.  Contact us for prices for 2014 and beyond.

Private Wedding Rates
From Euro 3,960 to Euro 5,500 per night
(which works out at Euro 90 to Euro 125 per person per night)
This includes B&B accommodation for up to 44 people, full exclusive use of the house and grounds, all reception rooms setup to your requirements, onsite wedding planner, wedding planning meetings, etc.  See our 'What's Included' for a full list.  Minimum 2 day requirement if a weekend.

Private Corporate Rates/Golf Group Rates
As a guide, you can work on Euro 150 per person per night (twin share),

 Private Group Rates - Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun, Public Holidays)

As a guide, you should work on Euro 150 per person per night (twin share),
Euro 210 per person per night (single). 
Minimum guarantees will apply.
Rental for up to 44 people B&B (whole property) = Euro 6,600 per night
Rental for up to 28 people B&B (main house only) = Euro 5,250 per night

Private Group Rates - Mid-Week and Extended Stays
As a guide, you should work on Euro 125 per person per night (twin share), Euro 195 per person per night (single) for mid-week bookings. 
Weekly bookings (7 nights) for groups using the Main House only (up to 28 people) = 
Euro 21,000 per week.
Mid-Week booking for groups using the Main House only (up to 28 people) =
= Euro 4,200 per night

We offer a discount for bookings which are more than 2 nights long - please send us your group's details and dates and we will provide you with a quotation.  If your group is less than 28 people, please contact us and we will provide a quotation.
Contact Us if your group requires more than the Main House (14 bedrooms).
This includes full and exclusive use of the estate, breakfast for all residents, fully staffed, private butler and chef, onsite event manager to plan your activities, etc.  
 Additional rooms available at additional rates.  Food & beverage charged on consumption.

Private Grounds or House Rental Rates
On some occasions, you may want to hire the property without accommodation.  This may include photo shoots, film location shoots, etc.  A rental charge will apply so contact us for a quotation.

CONDITIONS
  • The number of people staying in the house must reflect the size of your group. That is, we require all 22 bedrooms to be taken if your group is more than 44 people.
  • The above prices include the full rental of the property.  We never rent out unused rooms to any other group or person.  You always have full and exclusive use of the house and grounds no matter what the size of your group.
  • 2 night minimum rental for weekends (Friday and Saturday).
  • We will accept 1 night rentals if Sunday to Thursday.
  • These prices include a number of different elements.  Please check the Rates And Services 'What's Included' for a full list of inclusions.
  • Maximum number that can sleep on the property is 52 adults and 4 children.
  • Supplements - €70 per person per night supplement if sharing a twin/double room.
  • Children - €40 per child per night (under 12 years old) if sharing with adults. Babies in cots free of charge.

There are no additional room rental charges for holding functions in the reception rooms as the accommodation prices above include the full rental of the house, grounds and estate.

We do not rent out the Stone Cottage or Coachhouse separately from the Main House, and they are for overflow for when your group has already filled the main house. 

If your group requires additional accommodation, we can organise this for you in Kinsale at either a hotel, guesthouse or B&B, depending on your budget.

All prices include full and exclusive use of the entire house and property (i.e. you are not sharing with another group), a full cooked-to-order breakfast, butler, housekeeping, all taxes and VAT.  Gratuities are discretionary.  A 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverages, and activities or suppliers organised on your behalf.
