The grounds of Ballinacurra House have also undergone a massive regeneration programme. Many of the native species in the old forest of Cappagh Wood had been overrun and neglected for years. But this has now been brought back to its former glory - with some parts suitable for anyone of any age to enjoy whilst other parts are a little more difficult terrain for the young or young at heart.
